What You’ll Actually Do as the Mortgage Operations Analyst:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of mortgage loan data to identify trends, risk areas, and performance gaps
  • Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records across loan portfolios
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by optimizing business processes and reporting workflows
  • Support leadership with timely and accurate reporting using advanced Excel techniques
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance and consistent data quality

What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Mortgage Operations Analyst:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, charts, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage complex projects and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

It’s a Bonus If You’ve Used:

  • Process automation or data modeling tools
  • Experience working with third-party mortgage service providers
  • Familiarity with reconciliation protocols and compliance monitoring
